Ordered too much? Don't worry, we will gladly credit your heatingoil.co.uk account with the difference, so you have credit to spend next time you order from us.

Please do bear in mind though, our suppliers usually charge us for not delivering the full allocated load. Unfortunately we will have to pass this charge on to you. But we think you’ll agree, a £10 administration charge is a small price to pay for excellent service, flexible delivery options and great oil prices.

Unfortunately we can’t credit your account if we’ve delivered less than 500 litres of fuel, or if the amount we owe you is less than £25.

If our supplier could not deliver your full requested load due to a shortage of stock on the tanker we will gladly credit your heatingoil.co.uk account accordingly and no administration fee will be deducted.
